The Business Technology Association (BTA, www.bta.org) has announced a strategic alliance with IBPI (www.ibpi.net) to provide members of both organizations improved engagement and payment options. IBPI will continue to sponsor and attend BTA district events. BTA will begin to participate in IBPI’s annual member event, IBPI Connect. In addition, BTA members will now have the option of paying their annual BTA membership dues with their IBPI rebates. More details will be released soon on how dealers can elect this option.
“BTA and IBPI are member organizations that complement each other in many ways,” said Mark Grice, executive director at IBPI. “It makes so much sense to have this strategic alliance. We look forward to having BTA represented at the IBPI annual member event starting in 2023 and we are also excited to give dealers the ability to pay their BTA dues with their IBPI rebate. Brent and his team do an outstanding job with our dealer community, and we are thrilled to be aligned with BTA.”
“The leadership of BTA has long admired the role that IBPI plays in the office technology industry, supporting and providing opportunity to its dealer members,” said Brent Hoskins, executive director of BTA. “Likewise, the professionalism with which Mark guides IBPI has brought the organization to new heights. With these thoughts in mind, we are very pleased to announce this new alliance with IBPI and look forward to working alongside the organization to serve the dealer community for many years to come.”
IBPI is the largest buying group in the office equipment industry. Their membership is composed of over 500 commercial copier and print dealers located throughout the United States and Canada.
