- What products does IBPI sell?
IBPI does not sell any products, it provides a service. IBPI is a buying-group, utilizing the buying power of over 200 members to negotiate volume-purchasing discounts from manufacturers and service providers.
- What kinds of discounts are offered to IBPI members?
With the combined purchasing volume of our membership, it is typical to get comparable, or better, pricing than the biggest of your competitors.
- How many companies sell their products or services to IBPI members?
At this moment, there are over 20 firms that are designated as a Preferred Vendor. Searches are ongoing to add useful products and beneficial services to our list.
- Is there anything else to IBPI, or is it just for purchasing?
There are many other options such as an Annual Meeting of members, where our dealers network with their peers and preferred vendors, as well as attend educational programming at a quality resort location. In addition, IBPI has negotiated arrangements with training organizations, a freight reduction coordinator, as well as the ability to qualify for financial rebates (see below).

- Is there any cost to join?
Yes--there is a one-time only fee of $1,500. By virtue of your fee, you receive one share of IBPI stock, making you a voting owner in IBPI. You have a voice in directing the planning of the organization.

In addition to the negotiated deep-discounts there is the potential to qualify for year-end rebates, based upon your purchase amounts.
